laser cut stamp was used to create pattern going to cut tese up and make tags. Also been thinking about how i'm going to display my textiles for final presentation, thinking of displaying the individual patterns on boards hung on the wall thats if i can get enough designs printed off i'm starting to worry as times ticking away. want the boards to be displayed as a block of twevle, 4 rows of 3 all butted up together to give the illusion of one pattern sort of like a patchwork quilt effect.

Finally got round to using the stamp I made a few weeks ago using the laser cutter. Worked surprisingly well used it to make tags that I'm going to embroider over to give a hand made feel. I find myself doing little things that aren't going to make one bit of difference to my project unless the exposure unit is fixed and I can start printing again I still have four more designs to print, its been 3 weeks now how long dose it take??? Tarin has refered me to margaret street to see if I can use their facilities, I have go over on Tuesday OOPPSSS.... TUTORIAL DAM I FORGOT....

Better late than never!!!!
I should have started this blog thing ages ago,but oh well better late than never. Story so far after spending weeks attacted to a computer podding my way through photoshop and illustrator to finalise my designs I final was able to get into the screen printing workshop were so far I have managed to get two of my designs printed off in varying colourways tried building up layers using photoscreen of my design with background block colours using stencil screen. I've got to the stage were I've finished the design process barr the odd bit of tweaking and now I'm at the stage were I'm investigating not only the printing process but also fabric, ink durability and repeat patternswith varying degrees of sucess.
